Rebecca Rose is the CEO of InClover Research, a leader in scientifically formulated supplements for animals. Prior to entering the pet industry, Rebecca enjoyed innovating in the biotechnology space, ranging from Fortune 500 to playing a pivotal role in four start-up companies. She is a biochemist and author of three patents on treating joint disorders. She has an MBA from Daniels College of Business (University of Denver).
Her work with InClover includes product innovation and sustainability. Rebecca serves on the Pet Sustainability Coalition’s board of directors and the executive committee. InClover continues to build on their commitment to pets, people and planet. They have employed over 40 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at their Boulder office. Rebecca serves as the Chair of the board of directors for Imagine! helping to create a world of opportunity for all abilities. She is involved in the Professional Mentorship Program at the University of Colorado and provides significant internship experiences for students.
Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and playing on their Boulder ranch which is home to two amazing horses, seven chickens (6 strong hens and one rooster), two dogs (who work full time at InClover), one mighty cat and a host of wild visitors.
