As a former renowned columnist in Pet Product News magazine for almost 10 years, B.C. shared valuable insights and practical tips to support fellow entrepreneurs in navigating the world of pet food sales. He is also known for his influential contributions as a consumer advocate in the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) meetings, where he passionately represented the interests of independent retailers.

B.C.'s commitment to the pet industry extends beyond his business. He has served on the board of directors for the prestigious World Pet Association (WPA), championing the interests of small retailers and fostering connections within the community.
